My dish was served in broth.

I think it was tastier than Ray’s but there was so much fat. Being as fat adverse as I am, I could not eat more than a few bites of meat but I really did enjoy the broth

Miercoles, 7 Marzo, We left Zacatecas at the 8000 foot elevation and headed southwest to Guadalajara.
