still undecided on this, as i don't know its political, or environmental, history well enough. but this bridge allows travel over a seasonally high river - thanks to a tri-country agreement to dam it. hm...provides a sight, though....as shepherds, cattle, goats, mauritanians and cars plod over it each morning.
