Well, it had to happen sometime. I guess it was always a case of when, not if. I imagine the lead story in the local paper would have read something like this: "At approximately 18:30 yesterday, the centre of Phnom Penh was rocked by a massive botty explosion centered around the Wat Omulen (that Omulen) district. The first floor windows of the Amajayan hotel were blown out and passers-by wer ... read more
