Beşiktaş ferry stop

All the ferry terminals have turnstiles where you swipe your Istanbulkart. Beşiktaş is on the European side, in a cool neighborhood, with a park dedicated to the Pirate Barbarossa. You can also visit his tomb, a short walk from the ferry stop.

Istanbul is a fascinating city and so is its transportation.
