After about 5 hours on the plane we arrived in Hong Kong's immaculate airport, and we felt like we were in a sci-fi movie after India and Nepal. Our accomodation on our first night was less impressive. Our tiny room on the 13th floor of the infamous traveller's haunt 'Chungking Mansions' saved us enough money to hire a karaoke booth for the evening (great fun).
