Thailand is about 10 years ahead of Laos in everything. Almost shocking getting back to year 2006! 2 days on a wooden bench on a boat, and 8 hours on a bus travelling from Laos and we're in Chiang Mai. It's the biggest city we've been in since Bangkok. Update!! I haven't written a blog on this site for quite a while, but will be back at it soon. With surprisingly over 70 000 hits I'm excited to get back at it!
