A Little Piece of Kansas City November 8th 2011 As Saturday morning arrived we still had not decided on anything that we wanted to do. I like things to be simple. I’m not into fancy hotels or dining at expensive restaurants. I’d be much happier pitching a tent and cooking burgers over an open fire than doing those things. Being outdoors is a way to find contentment that cannot be found in the hustle of our daily lives.
