Festival in my Fair City

Here are some photos from the Kure City Festival that happened the day after the Sake festival. Along both sides of the steep narrow road were "ya-tais" or small food booths. At some point, there was a sort of parade or reinactment of something coming down the road. I can't claim to know the background or significance, but it was certainly interesting.
