Thu 29 Upon arriving in La Paz we got a cab to our hostel the ´Wild Rover´. However, we couldn´t check in until 2pm so we put our bags in storage and headed out to explore the city. The first stop was a place called Óliver´s travels´ which advertised that it had full english breakfasts and PG tips tea.
