Hi from Beijing. Have just arrived after 23.5 hrs in the train from Hong Kong. Hong Kong was fantastic. We stayed in the Hyatt Regency Sha Tin in absolute luxuruy thanks to James and his connections with the Hong Kong Jockey Club. It worked out at Aus $65 a night including breakfast. Bucket list trip. This is an account of a trip across China and Russia, with a brief visit to the UK, volunteer vet work in Botswana, a trip to Dublin and back to Perth.
