Bangkok Flying Kingfisher airways from New Delhi to Bangkok was a bit of a let down as we didn't even get a Kingfisher beer! But only being a 4 hour flight it wasn't too much of a hardship and the wine did help to get a bit of kip. With the time difference we were still pretty knackered arriving at 7am local time.
