March 19, 2011 offered a rare Celestial Event called a Perigree Moon. If you go to CNN today you can see some amazing photos of the moon on Saturday night. I've added a couple of my own. Clearly I need some photography lessons from Team Turner. We drove to Manchester, Vermont so that Merry Jo could travel to her 50th state. the moon was clear and crisp. ... read more
