Hello Carolyn,
Great hearing from you again. I will have to go back and read that blog again. You never know what will catch someone's attention. Possibly the title. We are unsure about travel since we have just returned but are considering Switzerland in the fall if we get to go away. How about you?

I thought you couldn't post a link to a photo in a comment!

You are correct
YOu cannot link a photo in a comment. But if you comment on a particular photo in a blog that photo will show up in the comments.

Chinglish signs...
When we traveled in China in 2009, most of the highway signs were in Chinglish, so I was ready this time to take pictures of them. However, in the last five years such signs were replaced with proper translations, so nothing to take pictures of.

What a fun blog
I am another one who enjoys and takes pictures of signs, but never thought about writing a blog about them. This was such a fun blog. And the captions were even more fun than some of the signs.

What a fun idea. I especially liked seeing signs that we have seen and commented on (i.e. especially the ones in Burma) but didn't think to take pictures of. When and where are you going next?? We head off to South Africa and Dubai in September, Bali next Spring/summer and Germany, Austria and Italy in fall of 2014.

Great idea for a blog. This pic a perfect example. A sign is supposed to warn or advise of something. This does that...and shows how ingenious some people are in making a buck!

My favorite sign was one I saw in Japan. It said 'Flesh Bakely'. Really? Would you like a flesh cake or a half dozen flesh cookies? BW- Do you know how my blog 'Beggars- a Continual Dilemma' went 'viral'? It seems unreal that almost 600 people would find my blog and just hit on that one. Where is your next trip? Carolyn
