Steps on the walk around the beaches

A hint of advice. This is a very arduous walk which undulates all the time. Take plenty of water. I used to pass lots of elderly people who started out on this walk and bit off more than they could chew. The path is clearly marked and well worn but in places it is eroded so take care with your footing. Its a hard walk back if your injured and can be quite a lonely walk also. For girls I would say its safe. I never felt threatened in any way.
