Optical Delusion

The statue was way off in the distance. Our guide took the picture and I had no idea why he had me sitting there until he showed me on the camera.

Siem Reap - Angkor City and Tonle Sap Lake

Flying into Siem Reap makes one wonder if there is a city there at all. Until you reach the airport there are only farms and local houses. Driving into the city where the hotels are located it appears that the town was built solely for the tourist.
