Take Away and Food Safety

Most bottled soft drinks come with a 're-cycling' deposit on them. The kids can 'afford' this deposit and so the vendors our the drink into a plastic bag, whack a straw in it, wrap the top and BINGO. I noticed the street vendors do a similar thing when offering soup like dishes. Shove the bowl in a plastic bag, serve the soup. After it's eaten, toss the plastic bag - NO DISHES. I actually thought this was ingenious

Ahhhh espresso coffee. Vegemite on toast. Some things simply can't be replaced. You've guessed it folks we're back home and the trip is over.
