In and around Queenstown

It did rain in the night and we left Glentanner in cloud. The road was south and retraced steps for 150km to Cromwell, another gold mining place once upon a time, named just to annoy the Irish workers. Virtually every street is an Irish name place. Felt quite at home. There were some restored buildings to look at and we also got the best cup of “flat white” coffee we have had in NZ. Up
