Nov 19th Saigon So, we are back in Saigon after two days in Can Tho. All I can really say about Can Tho ( and Hue) is that they are dirty, rat infested cities. Wouldn't recommend either to anybody. The other places have been quite nice though. I would return to both Hanoi and Hoi An in a flash.
