Just like many people out there, we were disillusioned with the job market and the economy generally. So trying to ensure that ´every cloud has a silver lining´ we decided to toss the jobs in, educate ourselves culturally and go see the world a bit. I guess unlike many other people we are lucky enough not to have the commitments some have and be able to afford to take this time out financially.
