We left Cedar Rapids, IA at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 29 and arrived in Rome at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, August 30. Needless to say, we were exhausted. However, to get on schedule, after a quick shower we headed off to Rome Central.
