Fried Lamb entree

This looked like a red marshmallow cookie, but infinitely better. The lamb was cut very thinly, and was topped by a tomato concoction, with a crisp tomato top. None of us could figure out how it was done, but it was sure good! The frothy sauce was a cream of broccoli.
