From Hoi An to get on the train you need to travel to Danang. This is about a 30 min taxi drive and is only $12 in a private car. We are a family of four from Perth Western Australia about to head off on a family trip for 3 months backpacking around Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand. I have finally earnt my Long Service Leave from my work and the kids are at a great age to take a break from school.
