Lechon Kawali

The "minor" version of the lechon is called lechon kawali. Kawali translates to pan or wok as in the chinese wok. This is pork belly either turbo-broiled or fried. Dipped in the same liver sauce, or in a dip made of soysauce, vinegar and diced onions.
