Hi from Malaga! We left Cordoba yesterday morning and visited the Medinat al-Zahara/Medina Azahara which is just out of town. This is an absolutely fascinating architectural site. It is the site of a 10th century muslim city which was abandoned and looted throughout history then forgotten until excavations began in 1911.
