Yum yum

A delicious spread of food at our little homestay. Pork in caramel, elephant-ear fish in rice paper, giant prawns...they don't do things by halves in this part of the world !

We got back to Cần Thơ from our trip to the floating markets around lunchtime. After a quick bite in Cần Thơ, we caught a minibus heading towards Sài Gòn (the Vietnamese are adamant that their language is monosyllabic so I'll stick to their spellings) a.k.a. Hồ Chí Minh City.
