The Great Polish Desert
July 29th 2006 We took a rickety old train to the supposedly sleepy beach resort of Leba, along the Baltic. Well, it was full to the brim with Polish holiday makers trying to get to the beach, so we ended up with a decently priced room, except it was far away from everything.
