I travelled to York in March 2008 in tourist purpose. I have seen there The Mister - inside and dungeons with excavation, ground floor with altar - the excavation reveals settlements and foudation from Roman Empire times to later medieval and finally I went to top to admire the York's skyline - I had to overcome a big number of narrow stairs.
