got up this morning and went straight to the ferry terminal and onto picton, its a 3 1/2 hour crossing and very very enjoyable, very smooth until you get into the cook straights and then it gets a bit rougher but good weather so not too bad. when you reach towards the other side the ship maks its way through the fiords of south island and is spectacular, the views all the way in are great and the ... read more
