Finding ourselves in Ahmedabad, capital of Gujarat, for twenty four hours we tooka whistle stop tour of sights far and near with the local tuk tuk driver who lived next to the homestay we were in. An ancient haveli restored with French money through the Municipal corporation. The best value meal ever we consumed at the Gujarat run hotel opposite Gandhi's Ashram. Which impressed me most?
