Day 12-16 Cambodia to Laos

Since we last wrote, we made our way from the beach in Cambodia into Laos. We flew from Phnom Penh to the Laos capital city, Vientiane, a nice city of 200, 000 and pretty laid back as far as a capitol goes. 70-80% of Laotians live in rural areas so that explains Laos' reputation of being the least developed country in Southeast Asia.
