Have you seen these in the USA?

I thought it was a China defect but someone said their friends talk about this coat in the US.

Today was a great day to get things done around the house(flat). It has been rainy and cloudy the last 3 days in Shenzhen, so waking up to sunshine was a pleasant surprise.
