La Paz is the seat of the Government and spreads itself along the mountains from 3,600 m. to over 4,000 m. altitude. The constitutional capital is still the city of Sucre.

After my passport adventure, I arrived in La Paz early morning on Thursday 17 September, the same day Robson was going to be back from his visit to Alfredo's family and village.
