What can I say about my trip to Kumgangsan? It began with me barely making it to meet the bus because of me being stupid and trying to take the subway all the way to Hongdae...i made it with minutes to spare and we were off on our 5-6 hour drive to the East side of Korea and up through the DMZ to the mountain of Kumgangsan. I am 22 years old, and a recent graduate of Benedictine College in Atchison, KS, USA. I left for Seoul, South Korea in August, 2005 and I have now been here about 6 months. I will leave in August, 2006. I am teaching English at a Hogwan (private school). Life can be a little crazy at this particular school as in most Hogwans.....but anyways I hope you find what I have to say somewhat interesting and funny at times....and maybe even convince you to come here for a year!
