When I agreed to take the two and a half hour flight northwest from Toronto to Winnipeg to meet Ro and then the 5 hour bus ride further north again, I didn’t quite connect that with the reality of having to get back to Toronto. Well plan A didn't work out too well... I managed the first 3 months away doing my ski instructor course in Whistler, but then got sidetracked to a job in Stockholm. It was supposed to be 3 months which became 6 which became 12! Not quite what was planned but none the worse for that. It's been a great experience but I'm ready to go home now and sort out plan B...
