stolen kitten (kitty-napped!)

This is me and the kitten we stole, named Capuccino (I have since re-named her Cleopatera, due to the thick black eyeliner-like-markings around her eyes). We didn´t so much STEAL her as we did RELOCATE her: she used to belong to our neighbour Doña.Herminda, who was our cook and housecleaner. But she took off one day for Costa Rica--without so much as telling us-- to earn money. Costa Rica is known as the "Venice of Latin America": where Mexicans dream of crossing¨"al otro lado" to the US, Nica´s dream of going to Costa Rica. She left without telling us, so we stole her cat...seems fair, doesn´t it? (and hey, we have mice!)!
