The goal: Travel to Alaska (solo) from Vancouver, Washington (and back again) in my 1999 Miata; just for the adventure! The Miata is clearly not an ideal vehicle for this journey, but I've always enjoyed driving the car on the open road and I believe that the entire trip will be more open/vivid/scenic/interesting from the perspective of a convertible sports car (top down whenever possible!). ... read more
