Adwoa :)

This young girl, named Adwoa, is a girl living at the clinic. She was found very malnourished (hence her protruding stomach) and the clinic has taken her in and they take amazing care of her. She is very happy and has mastered the Ghanaian art of carrying things on top of the head:)
