June 30-July 2 Bill found me updating my blog early Tuesday morning and we decided to go on a run together. Everyone is faster than me, it sucks. We ran a 5.5 mile loop around Diamond Head which has some huge hills; not to mention that it was incredibly hot. But the ice cream we ate afterwards made keeping up with his faster stride worthwhile.
