Forgot to mention we had golden catfish for lunch and chicken for dinner last night. Didn’t get that much sleep as I’m a light sleeper, it was due to frogs and other jungle critters (should have stuck my ear plugs in) Jeff snored all night and couldn’t wake him, wrist still burning . . . bloody ant. We were up for breaky around 6.00am where we had a feed of two bread rolls, jam and som ... read more

Jeff and I are about to hit the shores of South America - Destination Peru. We have no idea what's in store for us, but I'm sure like any other Holiday we'll have a story to tell.
