After our hikes thru Dominica’s Morne Trois Piton National Park we needed a few days of rest, of just hanging out on the boat, and maybe going for a snorkel or two to work out our sore muscles. Luckily Scotts Head Marine Park is just south of the anchorage in Roseau and it is known to have some of the best diving and snorkeling in the world. Rum Runners of lore were some of the best sailors on the seas. They had to outrun, outwit, and outsail the navy in order to make their spoils. We are proud to follow in the traditions of the past Rum Runners; to sail in the same waters, to find protected anchorages and friendly ports, as well as to enjoy some of the best rums the Caribbean has to offer- yar!
