Grinding up dried hot red pepper

Mama had grown these red hot peppers last summer and now they are ground into "boukava"

Week 21 and 22 in Greece. We have had a quiet time during the past two weeks. Spring weather has featured a lot of lovely blossoming flowers ,trees and wisteria. People living around here with space for a garden have been preparing the soil for vegetables.
