Yes that is the name of the restaurant, and this is the owner, Kaylene and the hostess, I believe she said her name was Marilyn...she was born in the Philippines, and presented a transportation problem to get her to BA. She along with The King (Elvis, not that other one) are all over the place as decoration...reminds me a bit of Gunther Toodie's...
