14th February 2009 - VALENTINES DAY FUN!!! I didn't sleep well again last night...my shoulder gave me a lot of grief!! No matter what position I slept in it hurt!! I don't think rafting helped but hey.....I don't regret it one bit!! I should go to the docs but I don't like fussing.
