Local Supermarket

In Spain, they process milk differntly so that it doesn't have to be kept cold until it is open. It's really differnt, when we need more milk, mi madre just pulls another box our of the pantry.

Saturday 24 January—Today I got up at 9am, which is early for a Saturday in Alicante to meet a friend near her house to go to an outdoor market.
