I was lucky enough to have 3 seats to myself on the flight to Kathmandu so I curled up and tried to sleep in between my coughing fits. The chill hit me as I stepped off the plane and I hoped it wouldn’t be long until I was tucked up in bed. I had to get my visa on arrival.
