Up early for breakfast delivered to our dining area in our room at Raffles at 06.00. Then its off to the train station for the early "express" to Kuala Lumpur. The train sets off and 20 minutes later stops at the border crossing for us all to get off to go through Malaysian immigration. Back on the train and 7 hours later we arrive at Kuala Lumpur.
