Tonight we had our Christmas party =) My apartment went to Molly and Amy's apartment and we had appetizers, wine and punch. We had spinach and artichoke dip, melon and procuitto, roasted vegetables, sliced eggplants roasted with pesto and mozzarella, and these cheese pancake things (think like a potato latkah of some form).
