After a pretty long wait at a bus station outside chumphon, which to us felt like it could be somewhere (nowhere) in the karoo, we boarded a bus to krabi. Originally thought it was 5 hours then was told seven hours but it ended up being a 4 hour trip, that was a nice suprise! We had booked a room at chan cha lay guest house for 250B a night, clean room and a shared bathroom...cold water. That e ... read more
