Went to the coast to Oostduinkerke which is in between Dunkirk and the Netherlands for a day of fun and sun. The bad news is that it was very cold. Folkids of Vermont is a group based in Burlington,Vermont that performs traditional New England dances and songs. Each new group of 10-17 year olds learns dances that were popular in Vermont in the late 1800s and then performs them to audiences around the region. At the end of a session, which lasts about a year, we travel overseas to spend two to three weeks in another country sharing our dances and songs with them.
