Well, we have been dancing with seniors, dancing with juniors and dancing with anyone willing to join in. Everything from pushing wheelchairs at a senior center to leading around dozens of schoolchildren. The kids have been troopers. We had one full day at a school where we had six sessions of teaching. Folkids

Folkids of Vermont is a group based in Burlington,Vermont that performs traditional New England dances and songs. Each new group of 10-17 year olds learns dances that were popular in Vermont in the late 1800s and then performs them to audiences around the region. At the end of a session, which lasts about a year, we travel overseas to spend two to three weeks in another country sharing our dances and songs with them.
